Our story

grandad toni in his inchicore takeaway

In 1972, Tony and Maria established their new shop in Inchicore, which subsequently became their primary residence. They raised their family there and actively integrated themselves into the Inchicore community. Currently, the second generation manages the takeaway, while the third generation considers Inchicore their home.

Our menu

The takeaway provides traditional fish and chips and, with the incorporation of Papamio from the neighboring establishment (which commenced operations in 1999), introduces traditional woodfire pizza to Inchicore.

  • We’ve been ordering from Tonis ever since we discovered this place. It’s close to our home and I genuinely think is one of the best takeaways I’ve had. We mainly order burgers /pizza and the chips, and we really enjoy it, so can’t really speak about other things… My husband thinks the staff is lovely and have a great environment (he’s the one who always collects the food)! In conclusion, good stuff! 👌

  • Was holding a corporate event in our office with guests over from the UK. Delivery was exactly on time and really hot. Food selection on the platters was amazing along with the pizzas. Everyone was impressed. Very friendly easy people to deal with. Nothing was a problem. Would recommend for corporate events or any event.
